“It is a really exciting moment to open the doors and start welcoming people into the barbershop here at Westfield Chatswood.”

“I think there are many blokes who have only ever experienced a very basic haircut and nothing else at the barbershop. So, they are really surprised when they come in and we use a straight razor for example. The same goes for beard, when we provide a facial scrub, hot towel and steam treatment, I can see not only the customer’s surprise but also their enjoyment. There are a lot of guys telling me that they have really enjoyed the service and will be back again, so it’s good to know that we’re hitting the mark and we’re off on the right track here.”

“For our customers, the offering is about much more than just a haircut. We stock a wide range of barbershop only brands and male grooming products that are the very best in the marketplace, this stuff is reserved for our shelves, you can’t find it at the supermarket. We know these products too, we use them in the barbershop every day, so when the customers have questions we can provide the right advice and the right products so that customers can recreate that barbershop quality grooming experience at home.”
