About The Layrite Deluxe Brand
Layrite Deluxe was established by American barber, Donnie Hawley, in the year 1999.
Hawley crafted a unique water-soluble pomade with the objective of providing a "Hold Like Wax and Wash Out Like Gel" experience. The inspiration for the brand's name came from an encounter with a satisfied customer who commented that Hawley's pomade was the sole product that enabled his hair to lay right, thus leading to the inception of the Layrite brand.

This is a water-based styling clay that delivers a clean matte finish that lasts all day.
The clay thickens & texturises hair and provides a low sheen matte finish. It doesn’t dry out and remains re-workable throughout the day, even if you're one of those people who likes to mess with your hair a lot. At the end of the day, the product washes out easily with water.
Layrite Cement Clay is best suited to messy or structured matte hairstyles.
It is perfect for creating neat, yet casual styles or messy, looser and relaxed everyday looks.
How to apply Layrite Cement Clay
To control frizz, get definition and separation, warm the product by rubbing between the palms of the hands and then apply lightly by pulling through the hair with the fingers. Best to repeat this process a couple of times if needed and avoid going in too heavy too quick. For a structured style grab a comb to complete the look. For more relaxed finishes, use a wide toothed comb or simply finish with the fingertips.
